the mask is a 5 color reduction silkscreened mask (edition 25) for my senior show in 2008. hand printed and hand cut. i literally sat by the screen for an entire day and painted screen filler and guessed what would happen next. pretty kool experiment. i like how they came out. and people wore them at my show! pieces of art for you.
this one etching is a monoprint. the center face is a drypoint etching that i printed with this copper flakey substance, and then i drew all around the image. THEN i printed with SILKSCREEN a GOLD outline. i THEN printed a clear varnish over the black color. i miss this guy. it took no time to make, lil guy.
